Delete your account

You can delete your Old Boyz Club account at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Fastest: in the app or on the web

1. Open the Old Boyz Club app (iPhone or Android), or sign in on the website.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the web: sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account.

Can't sign in?

Email team@oldboyzclub.com from the email address on your account (or tell us the Apple or Google account you use to sign in) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it's you and delete the account, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your posts, replies and stories, including Redacted ones you wrote.
• The messages you sent, and the photos, videos and voice notes you uploaded.
• Your profile: name, photo, occupation, bio, chapter and your private date of birth.
• Your notification settings and device push tokens.
• Your sign-in, so the account cannot be used again.

What isn't

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid membership. Cancel in Apple's subscription settings, in Google Play, or in Settings on the web, so you aren't charged again. Payment records are held by Apple, Google or Stripe under their own policies. Messages other members sent to you stay with them. Reports about conduct that other members filed may be kept so we can protect the club.
